How long after purchase will my order be shipped?

Your orders will be delivered to the cargo within 6-14 business days after the bank approval is obtained for the products purchased. There is no delivery on weekends and holidays.

In case of a mishap caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate.

All of the products you choose will be delivered to you by the contracted cargo companies with Taci Dekor guarantee.

 

What should I do if my order arrives while I'm away?

If you are not at the specified address, your order will be delivered to the nearest Cargo branch and an information note will be left for you. You must receive your package from the specified branch within 3 days. Otherwise, your order will be returned to Taci Dekor. If you want your returned order to be sent again, a shipping fee will be requested, and your order will be shipped to your name with a counter payment.

If a product you purchased is not in stock for any reason;

Taci Dekor - https://taci.shop/ allows multiple users to shop at the same time. In rare cases, the consumer buys the same product, and in this case, the product stock may be exhausted

The products you have purchased will be notified to you with a confirmation e-mail. If any of the products you have selected are not available in stock, an e-mail will be sent to you, and you will be notified of the date when the product will be in stock for the first time.

If the product you have paid for online is out of stock, there is a waiting period of at least 4 (four) and at most 14 (fourteen) days. If the product cannot be given to the consumer between these dates, the payment made will be returned.
